When will my order ship?
Most of our orders are processed within two days of when they are placed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Additionally, if you have an account with us you can view the status of your order through your account.
What carriers do you use?
We use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping and DHL for international shipping.
What if my order does not arrive?

Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping, and you can choose this option when you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. For international orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the custom charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order will be returned to abatey.
What is your return policy?
We hope you will love using our products as much as we love making them. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our merchandise, so please be sure of your order before you place it.
What if something in my order is damaged or missing?
