You can rub this oil directly on the abdomen.
Ingredients
Jojoba oil (simmondsia chinensis), cardamom (elettaria cardamomum), turmeric (curcuma longa), ginger (zingiber officinale), clove (eugenia caryophyllata), peppermint (mentha x piperita) essential oils.
How to use
Apply the roll-on topically; it is pre-blended and ready for safe use. Apply to the temples, neck, wrists, abdomen, or wherever desired, avoiding orifices and mucous membranes. Inhale it deeply when you apply it on the wrist.
