Ingredients
Grapefruit (citrus x paradisi), cypress (cupressus sempervirens), rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis), peppermint (mentha × piperita) essential oils.
How to use
Diffuse, inhale, or apply topically. To diffuse, add 8-10 drops to your diffuser (5-8 drops if it is an abatey diffuser). To inhale, add 15-18 drops to an inhaler or apply 2-3 drops to a cotton ball. To apply topically, dilute with a carrier oil.
