Grounding
Vida is a grounding, centering, balancing, calming blend of pure oils that harmonizes yang energies. It has a woody, sweet, earthy, and dry aroma that is evocative of a fresh, early morning with dew dampening the soil. Great for daytime use, the combination of scents encourages the release of stress, anger, resentment, and depression and supports the comforting feeling of equanimity. Formulated with 100 percent pure, undiluted essential oils with no synthetic additives; the ideal chemical composition for therapeutic use.

Cedarwood (cedrus atlantica), sweet orange(citrus sinensis), patchouli (pogostemon cablin) essential oils
How to use
Diffuse, inhale, or apply topically. To diffuse, add 8-10 drops to your diffuser (5-8 drops if it is an abatey diffuser). To inhale, add 15-18 drops to an inhaler or apply 2-3 drops to a cotton ball. To apply topically, dilute with a carrier oil.
